Nettle

Urtica dioïca L.

Helps to fortify bones, nails and hair

Nettle is one of the most widely known 'household remedies' for supporting the body’s vitality. Nettle leaves primarily provide iron, silica, calcium and potassium, but also vitamins A and E and other useful nutrients for the body's well-being.

In this nettle leaf extract, Sekoya adds zinc gluconate to contribute to normal acid-base metabolism, as well as to the maintenance of bone, hair and nails. Sekoya nettle should be consumed when it is needed: breakages in nails and hair, low vitality or any other manifestation which suggests acidification.
